Fr. James Griffin is an independent Catholic Priest ordained in 1985 at the Cathedral of the Holy Cross in Boston, Massachusetts. He is a member of CITI Ministries, a lay organization that calls ordained Roman Catholic Priests who are no longer in active ministry. CITI Ministries is part of the International Council of Community Churches, which provides the endorsement required by the state to witness marriages. Fr. Griffin is registered with the Secretary of State in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an approved wedding officiant.
